Emma
Emma is the Senior Stylist and owner of the Salon. She was brought up in Park Close in Pontarddulais and is part Arrowsmiths of Velindre and Farleys of Hendy. She started her Education in Bryniago before going to Ysgol Gyfin Gwyr. Emma has been in hairdressing for over fifteen years, and has had her own Salon for six years. She strives to keep everyone happy, staff and clients. She has a wonderful character and enjoys having fun. She has two fantastic sons, and a Husband called Geraint. She enjoys keeping fit and spending quality time with the family. Emma will always give you a warm welcome into the salon and her hairdressing is to a very high standard. Her claim to fame is that she once did the hair of Hollywood starlet Catherine Zeta Jones.
Michelle (Shelly) (stylist)
Shelly was brought up and Educated in Pontarddulais. She did her Hairdressing training in another local Salon. Qualified now for two years, Shelly is going from strength to strength with her continual development as a stylist. She is a comical character, who enjoys nights out and socialising with her fiancé and friends, and also enjoys films and food.
Caroline (stylist)
Caroline started her hairdressing training in London where she was brought up. She is a Middlesex girl and moved to the Bont in 2000 and completed her training in another local salon. She enjoys spending quality family time with her first son Kian and her fiancé Alex. She is very friendly, chatty and seems to put her customers into an instant comfort zone. Specialising in cutting and colouring techniques. Caroline started in November and has enjoyed her time at Root 107 thus far.
Jodie (trainee)
Jodie was brought up in Pontarddulais and like Emma was educated in Bryniago and Gwyr. Her hairdressing skills are progressing nicely and has the making of a very good hairdresser. She enjoys films, food, shopping and travelling. Her favourite parts of hairdressing are colouring techniques and blow drying. Jodie is a kind, considerate young girl and has settled in to the Root 107 team really well.
