Root 107 was established in July 2003. We began trading at 107 St. Teilo Street, hence the 107 in Root 107. Emma Thomas the owner, opened the Salon after a few Years of Managing the Hair Centre in Mumbles. She actually opened the Salon two weeks before getting married to her devoted Husband Geraint and less than a year of having their first child, Owen. It was quite a stressful year for Emma, but she took it all in her stride.

Root 107 are running a Competition. The competition is to see who can get the most referrals through our doors. The Prize to the Winner is FREE Haircuts for the rest of the year. This will include 2 colours. Referral cards are available on the counter to anyone who wishes to enter. The competition will run from 1st of February until the end of March. Whoever has the most referrals come in for a haircut in this time will get free Haircuts, including 2 colours for the rest of 2009.
